What's Happening

 A section to keep you up to date with everything that is happening here at Bonson Wood.

We have just posted an advert in the shooting times for the 26th Jan, so looking forward to seeing that as its a slightly new format.

The hens are now out in their laying pens and we are awaiting the first eggs with great anticipation.

After a rather cool start the hens are now reaching full lay and not before time!

Our first batch of partridge chicks went into the rearing sheds last week and have just been opened up to give them a bit more space.

The sheds are being prepared with lovely soft shavings and electric hens ready for the arrival of more chicks, with our first batch of pheasant eggs having gone in on Friday.
